Register an account

Creating an account on PingWeb is quick and easy. You can choose to register manually or use Google authorization for a faster setup. Follow the steps below to get started with your free 14-day trial of our Enterprise plan.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access the Registration Page

• Navigate to the PingWeb website.
• Click on the "Free trial" button in the top-right corner of the homepage.

Step 2: Choose Your Registration Method:

• Manual Registration:
  • Click on the "Register" option.
  • Fill in your details, including your full name, email address, and a strong password.
  • Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy by checking the box.
  • Click the "Register" button to create your account.
  • 
• Google Authorization:
  • Click on the "Sign Up with Google" button.
  • Select the Google account you want to use for registration.
  • Follow the prompts to authorize PingWeb to access your Google account information.

Step 3: Verify Your Email:

• After registration, check your email inbox for a verification email from PingWeb.
• Click on the verification link in the email to confirm your account and complete the registration process.

Step 4: Complete Your Profile:

After email verification, you will be prompted to fill in additional details:

• Choose Your Country and Time Zone: Select your country and the appropriate time zone to ensure accurate scheduling and alerts.
• Select Alert Preferences: Choose how you want to receive alerts (email or SMS).
• Add Your First Website: Enter the URL of the website you want to monitor.

Step 5: Login to Your Account:

• Once your email is verified, return to the PingWeb homepage.
• Click on the "Login" button at the top right corner.
• Enter your registered email and password, then click "Login".

After logging in, you will be directed to your dashboard where you can start setting up monitoring for your websites. Explore the features available during your free trial and configure your monitoring settings according to your needs.
